Hello I have tried seaching but nobody else seems to have this problem. In the last few days when I open Plex on xbox one the UI for Home shows Channel Guide - Home & Watchlist. There seems to be lots of info on streaming options, what’s trending etc.
Next down is Live TV

But I have completely lost my library. No Movies, TV shows, Home Videos, Music that all used to be listed down the left hand side.
I am logged into my Plex Media Server and it is running. I am still able to watch my library on my Android TV.
It seems to be the xBox UI has become a streaming only service.
Has anyone else encountered this and if so how can I get my library back?
OK so I have sorted this. I deleted the app (on xbox) and reinstalled it (didn’t fix the problem). I then restarted the NAS where the media server is hosted (still didn’t fix the problem). So I went back upstairs to my bedroom Android TV and it came up and said the NAS (Seagate) is not claimed. Do you want to claim this server for your plex account. So I did and when I came downstairs this morning the xbox app was showing my library. Another thing I did (which didn’t seem to make any difference at the time was I noticed Movies, TV shows, Music were all disabled in my account so I enabled these. It didn’t make any difference at the time (to showing my library) but now it is showing on the xbox app as NEW.
