I’ve noticed that a beta app popping up on my xbox account, which I can install, but doesn’t let me run it, cause I’m not part of the beta. I remember I used to test the beta universal app, so…what how come I can’t test this one?

Because there isn’t an Xbox One open beta going on so no one except the developers and a very small subset of individuals can access that specific application while the app is being worked on.
