Xbox one no display for live tv & dvr

The Xbox app does not show the Live TV & DVR selection option under our source server resulting in not being able to schedule or view DVR Schedule.
Plex Media Server has this selection
On the Xbox app you can select the Live and see the guide.
Running HomeRun.

The only way to schedule series and view scheduled episodes is to use the Plex Media Server on a computer.

Live TV and TV & DVR was combined. Look above the guide listing, you should see your server name which is where your TV & DVR guide is.
