Xbox One PGS Subtitles Cropped when Content Wider than TV

As topic describes. For movies with an aspect that are wider than the TV, PGS subtitles get cropped/clipped by the top and bottom black bars.

For example, Blu Ray movies such as:
The Expendables 3, Mission Impossible, Die Hard, and Taken all have an aspect ratio of 2.35. This results in any subtitles above the bottom black bar being displayed, while any portion that is below is cropped. Can view the behavior in the attached image.

Is there any setting that can be adjusted? I’ve tried the subtitle placement of top/bottom/center to no results. This has been happening for several months, but I am unsure as to the start time.

Any advice from the Plex team on this? It’s a bummer that a significant amount of subtitles are non-functional because of this bug.
