XML Info for TV Shows on Synology Nas

Server Version#:Version 1.31.2.6810
Player Version#:Version 1.66.1.3632-4d9c7716

Simple question, how can I tell if a TV series has had it’s credits detected? The instructions I have seen say to click on the “Get Info”, then "View XML " and look inside there for the Credits line.
However although that option is there for my films etc, on the TV section it’s not there. The nearest item is “View Play History”
Am I missing something?
Reason for wanting to know is that I have been moving files around and rather than wait for days for it to finish, it would be handy to know whic sries have already been detected.
Thanks in advance.

The View XML option will only exist where the video file exists. So Movies would be the Movie and Show would be the episode. Music > Track.

Yes, that’s where I’m looking, under the TV section.
Will posy a picture a bit later when I am back home.

Look in the XML Info for an individual episode.

Hi, and thanks for replying, and that what I would like to do, but my question is, where is the XML file on a Synology Nas.
The button view the XML file is there on my other libraries, but not on my TV library.
Will upload a picture shortly to explain.

It does not exist. The info is in the Plex database. When you click on “View XML” the web page is generated dynamically.

It exists for individual episodes, not for seasons or shows. If it is not present, then something weird is happening.

Using Plex Web:

  1. Go to the pre-play screen for an individual episode.
  2. Three horizontal dots (more)
  3. Get Info
  4. View XML

Also, you must be the server owner to see “View XML” for any media. It is not displayed to shared users.

Ahhhhh!! NOW I get it.
Apologies everyone, I didn’t register that I had to be on an actual specific episode rather than a series or programme poster.
Yes, the info IS there.
My Bad, and thanks everyone for your help.
