I know they’re annoying, but you can safely ignore these messages. They’re the result of a device on your network (whatever lives at 192.168.102.168) replying to SSDP queries Plex Media Server sends via IP multicast on the network. These queries are intended to find things like network tuners, DLNA devices, UPnP gateways, etc… Whatever device has the IP address is responding, saying that further information can be queried at the URL in your logging. When PMS sends the follow-up query, the reply it receives can’t be parsed.
You can try to track down that device and disable its SSDP responses. There isn’t just one feature which uses SSDP though, it’s a protocol which underlies several others. Look for things like:
UPnP
Network Discovery or Discoverable
Device Discovery or Discoverable
You could also create a firewall rule on your server to prevent it from being able to send traffic to UDP 1900; however, this will break network tuner discoverability among other things.
