It happens the same to me. I hope it gets fixed.
I’ve tested some films, looks normal.
But on TV Show “Interns” - Plex oroginal app shows normal picture, XPlay cut 1/3 of screen and fill it black. TV Show plays normal but without 1/3 of picture… TV Show plays AS IS without transcoding. Previous version work absolutely normal… It was my mistake updating app…
Other TV Show (i’ve tested Poirot Agata’s Crystie) - plays normal without cutting part of screen.
how much does the full version cost? and how long will this app be available? I have the bad experience of buying full app once, and now that app is no longer available (PlayZ Media) and i cannot install now

I suppose I know what its … it seams to me that there some nuances while publishing apps … I’ll publish app for 1920x1080 after LG QA approve update … Ive thought that publishing app for 720p its a start resolution and there will be no problems with 1080 … but it seams to me that resolutions are hardcoded while publishing apps. In reality the app can work on any 16:9 resolution

While LG and Plex will allow me to continue developing it … as you may already read about problems with LG … almost two weeks of unfounded claims about big issue … they just deleted the app from apps store without notifying me …

Ive payed for PlayZ also)) … But I did not like the interface … it was totally uncomfortable for magic remote and I decided to create own variant. You can not install it anymore because of LG … surprise) They have changed billing policy and removed PAID section from apps store. They have asked developers to convert apps to free or “in-app purchase” … what about PlayZ … the author have decided not to continue developing the app a year ago. Ive tried to speak with LG support about availability of paid apps for users who already payed for them using LG accounts and as I remember (but I could be wrong) they told me that such users will be able to install such apps but app will not be available for new installation but I could be wrong … as such chat was a long time ago …

For the moment Ive a major update in work (not finished) … but work was stopped because of problems with LG and PMS API … Im waiting for LG QA … if they approve fixed version and users can use app normally

@bublikoff has already submitted update to LG for approval, he is just waiting for them to push it to store, but as it is holiday season I doubt it will reach it anytime soon, you need to downgrade PMS to 1.3.0 in order to get XPlay to work atm.

if you want to downgrade your PMS,
because it can took long time before LG QA stops chearing and push the latest @bublikoff update on the store ,
