I’m planning to get back to work on a major version update next month … It took too much time to finish it but I’ve to finally finish it to move forward. I also spend too much time with LG in December when I had free time that I could spend on XPlay. Fortunately I can finally spend less time to push fixes for current version of the app.
I need to rethink some UI design (I dont fully satisfied ) and finish several screens UI for next major version. And after I finish general functionality I will able to add playlists support as I think it will not take too much time at least Ive some ideas how to fit playlists to next UI

Besides a request I made earlier, about hiding the overlay-menu directly when you unpause something (it stays up a really long time when the movie is playing again), could you also hide the clock when you start playing something (or make this optional)? I’d like to watch my content without any distractions and I don’t feel this adds anything (don’t know how other people feel about this though). Keep up the good work!
Try now … Ive reduced timeouts and have changed algorithm for clocks while playback. Clocks will be shown only when magic remote was used … and will not be triggered by key press

I somewhere read that LG finally added ability to switch between audio tracks in webOS 3.x
WTF… what’s really weird… can’t figure out how web os 2.x rather than 3.x can’t handle 2+ audio tracks… LG sometimes makes me pissed off…

It juts expose them for javascript code and it will probably able to handle them as it can see them.
They became angry after I began to discuss information about embedded subtitles handling) and removed XPlay from apps store without even notifying me)

I can’t pay through PayPal.
It asks me to add credit card but nothing happens when i add it.

Hi, Same issue here. Tried to pay 9.99 via the “pay now” button and was asked for credit card info. Paypal normally doesn’t ask for my credit card details coz it has them already. I went ahead and typed them in and hit the add button, the PayPal page loaded for a couple of seconds and then nothing happened. I did this 5-6 times. Hope I didn’t pay you 5 or 6 times… LOL.
Any alternative payment methods?

Can someone tell me where the user-id is? The demo has expired and now the app asked to link with my plex account, once linked it ask to choose my local plex server but wont connect (I guess this is due to the demo expiring)

Xplay is better… Better user interface and subtitles work. Gave up on official Plex app.

Why all second or more languages are getting transcoded on a HDR movie, but the first language not? If I wan’t to use the english language which is some how always the third on my rips, I lose HDR. I wanted to buy Xplay for its flawless HDR playback, but seems like its not really flawless.

Demo expired and I just unlocked it. No problem paying via the Paypal link on your site. It was unlocked just a few seconds later!
