Yellow exclamation mark - no error or recording

I’ve been putting up with errors/problems in Plex DVR for months but this topic isn’t’ about that.

Yellow exclamation mark on the scheduled recording.
Version: Version 1.12.3.4973
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
WinTV-dualHD Model 1495

This problem is new and has never occurred before. I’m afraid if its ignored, it will reoccur. So I am here to retrieve help. I took an hour to browse through logs and came to see nothing that would help determine the problem of a yellow exclamation mark. Logs are attached and some screen shots.

Transcoder Quality is : Prefer higher speed encoding.
Background transcoding x264 preset: Super Fast
Use hardware acceleration not checked.

Yep I have this for some future scheduled broadcasts. I have checked that the episodes do not already exist and there are no other scheduled recordings conflicting with them. I guess I’ll have to wait for other repeat showings to catch them.

I’ve been seeing the same thing on some future recordings. There doesn’t seem to be a problem, though, as the shows still record even with this warning.

An indicator that something is wrong is quite useless without details of what the problem is.
