guys, thanks for all your answers. Actually I have a paid licence of IP Cam Viewer Pro
but I don’t have a fire TV at the moment. And my TV does is not a smart TV.
So there is no way for me to run the app on my TV.
That’s why I was looking for a method to support IP Cam streams on Plex.
Your solution is good but only if the user has a fire TV.

Btw, I may be ordering a fire TV for other purposes. Then shall I be able to install Android apps on it ?
(I am considering the new 4K model in shape of a square pendant)

If your TV does not support Apps, you have to buy a Fire TV. I see no other way to get an Android App to TV which does not support App uploading.

I have already bought a Fire TV. But it will arrive in 3-4 weeks from now.
What I’m asking is , how you install an app on a Fire TV ?

Just over the amazon app. Very easy.
