when I go to the address app.plex.tv - everything is fine
when I try to connect to self server by DNS name or IP address or local host, I successfully log in, but after
I get the following message

No soup for you!
You do not have access to this server

and on the left side write - The server “undefined” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.

or I can show my content but I cannot switch to any tab with movies

please, help
I do not see error messages in logs(manage -> console)
and why the web client version is different?
besides, if a friend connects ( FAMILY ; FRIENDS -> Friends) everything is fine
