yep, I just installed Plex Media Server 0.9.9.13
No change, still won't save.
Chrome only!
So it is OK on Internet Explorer but not Google Chrome.
Could it be an Add-On?

IE works fine.
Possibly an extension-

I don't think versions are that important!

I would guess it might be AdBlock or Avast
Plex/Web should now be 2.2.0
Also true for me as well. Wasn't happening on my original Plex server but just rebuilt for linux and it is happening.
One more here...just updated and when I try to save changes some (new feature) "Extras" mods, it won't do it.
Appears to be fixed for me in 0.9.9.15.544-256c2f6
Not fixed for me in 0.9.9.16.
I found that in Chrome console, lots of Plex things are returning 400 and 404 errors. See my updates in the Linux forums about this. It even goes as far as to say that it is attempting to access my local IP for Plex but then says that the fqdn/hostname access I am using is not permitted... Doesn't say that on the IP based access. Very strange.
Hi, same problem for me - tried it on Safari & Chrome - tried logging in & out
I'm having this problem even when accessing the server settings via IP address. All of the following fail to save:
Hostnaname
localhost
127.0.0.1
192.168.1.10
They're all valid addresses and allow me to edit the server settings, but none of them will save. Previously the direct IP address HAD worked, but it doesn't work any longer since updating Plex.
When I go to save (in Chrome) I get the following error:

The ?=antidamage part of that url is very suspect. Which browser are you using? Do you have any extensions running? Could you try using your browser's incognito / private browsing mode (this should disable any extensions)?
For those having trouble, try disabling (or whitelisting Plex in) any ad blocking or privacy related extensions (e.g. AdBlock, uBlock, Ghostery, Disconnect, etc.). I'm using uBlock and Disconnect in Chrome and this seems to have helped for me.

The "?=antidamage" persists through incognito, although I have several extensions deliberately enabled in incognito too. I tried it in IE and it allowed me to save my settings. I can't guess what extension is causing the problem - but perhaps the answer here is to ignore any query params that don't have keys?
I'm encountering this issue as well, in Chrome 36, with PMS 0.9.9.14 and the Web interface v2.2.4. Turns out it was an issue with the LastPass add-on for Chrome, specifically, the form autofill it has. In LastPass preferences, unchecking the "Automatically Fill Login Information" checkbox fixes the issue for me.
Unfortunately, I was not able to figure out how to make this only affect the Plex Media Server URL. I went into the LastPass Account Settings -> Never URLs, and entered in the local IP of PMS, but it did not appear to have made any difference. Ah well, at least it's fixable.

Nice one sandwiched.
This conflict with the LastPass extension seemed to be my issue as well. Luckily I don't really like that auto-fill feature much.
I had the same issue in Chrome, and I fixed it by going to the "Edit" for just the local Plex account in LastPass, and checking "Disable AutoFill", this way you can still use autofill on other sites. Here is a screenshot:

This issue was driving me crazy. ^^ That's exactly what I needed, thanks.

Thank you! The problem has been successfully resolved. I have installed Plex Media Server Version 2.2.7 on OS X, Yosemite, and the Safari browser.

Thanks. I had the same issue and its fixed now.
Same here - it was lastpass!
Plex Server (0.9.11.7) and from what I am seeing most of the issues with "Your changes could not be saved." is plex related, not an extension in Chrome. I'm NOT running LastPass, only Adblock and I have that disabled on the Plex manager pages (local host AND direct IP).
I've tried IE and again, I'm still not able to save changes and I am logged in on the Windows 8.1 Pro PC running plex as a plexpass subscriber.
I'm simply trying to add different ratings to movies I don't think my kids are ready for. Why is this impossible?
