your sickbeard/sickrage calendar/viewer/guide

purely thinking out loud here.

I use PHT every day.

if there was some way of having the ability to either go into SB/SR through PHT and see like a TV guide of all the shows added to it in like a calendar view so I could see whats on that evening [that I would watch the following day] or see when the next episode of something is on?

I swear there was a similar ability in XBMC back when I used to use it.

just handiness/laziness instead of logging into server and having a look on that.

I don't use SB anymore (switched to Sonaar) but if I recall you can do this already If you install the SB channel from the unsupported app store.

There is a very cool next on plug-in that fully integrates with XBMC... badly wish someone could port that over as it's really fantastic.

I think that “next on” was what add-on was called. Nice one.

Will look at SB channel. Cheers!

The switch to Sonarr is coming. Just haven’t got round to it yet!

It's worth the effort :-)

This would require Plex to directly endorse the use of programs that are primarily used for piracy.

3rd party plugin, plex doesn't build/support it.

isn't plex primarily used to play pirated content anyway?

not that *I* would ever pirate anything obviously

No it's for all your family movies and ripped content you own. :)

Instead of involving software used for illegal downloading of contents, how about if Plex simply create a calendar system using metadata of the shows within the library? TVDB provides all the information needed already.

to be fair, it was more of a channel request than a feature request. I've posted in the wrong section really.

but I like the TVDB/Plex calendar integration idea! B)
