Yes, you need to add channels for them using PlexWeb server admin.

I have tried what you suggested, however there is no youtube channel. I have added vevo, BBC Iplayer , videojug etc but no sign of you tube. Am I looking in the right place ? Do I have to have Plex Pass to add this channel?
afaik there is no YouTube.bundle working as it meant to be, you only can host your own channel - maybe your own playlist.
