I can't watch the streaming of my You Tube channel in PLEX MEDIA SERVER

Hello Friends

With my Google account I downloaded the latest version of PLEX MEDIA SERVER on my LAP TOP. Everything works fine, except the YOU TUBE TV plug- in

I have tried to watch the streaming of my channel on YOU TUBE using the YOU TUBE TV plug-in, but when I click on the icon the window asking for google authorization does not appear nor does the code.

What could be happening?

Sorry, I do not understand well, it is the first time that I use PLEX
It is not possible to watch live you tube channels in PLEX MEDIA SERVER?
Is it possible to watch any other live streaming (not a live TV channel)? For example the output of a DVR or NVR of a Closed Circuit TV (CCTV).
