I really have no experience with perl (or any programing language for that matter) and I have been trying to run the zap2xml script on my mac so I can get the channel guide for HDHRViewer. I followed the setup instructions to the letter and I am getting the following error:
Can’t locate JSON/XS.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/dvr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.16.3/darwin-thread-multi-2level /opt/dvr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.16.3 /opt/dvr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.16.3/darwin-thread-multi-2level /opt/dvr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.16.3 /opt/dvr/lib/perl5/5.16.3/darwin-thread-multi-2level /opt/dvr/lib/perl5/5.16.3 /opt/dvr/lib/perl5/site_perl /opt/dvr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl .) at (eval 16) line 2.
I have looked through the forum and at other sites but the best I can come up with is I need to install some additional items. However, I have not been able to find clear instructions on what they are or how to do that.
Would someone be able to point me in the right direction?
