PlexPass Managed User: Looking for Server

Have asked in the Gen’l Plex Pass Forum but no solution yet !
Plus what is the diff between Question and Discussion?

  1. My impression was that once you have set up PMS with Admin and Managed User accounts, you could login remotely via htpp://PlMS-IP:32400/web using just your Managed User account PIN away from home.

But I am asked the Plex account sign-in too.

What am I doing wrong? Basically I just want the Managed User account to be able to login remotely via browser; then be able to watch Channels.

  1. Currently when I switch to Managed User account on PMS, I get a rotating circle saying, Looking For Servers, and a message, " No one in your home has shared a Library with you." The Learn More button doesn’t say anything on my Server access problem.
    I do not have any local content set up yet. I want to test the IPTV channel streaming first, which works under Admin.
    Everything seems fine and working under Admin account, with Plex Pass.

Step-by-step instructions, starting from PMS download (if needed) would be helpful.
