Where do I reconfigure the Programming Guide? I mean: there must be SOMEWHERE where I have to tell it my zipcode and cable provider, right? But I can’t find that.
The reason I ask is the Live TV/DVR feature is not working for and CBS shows. Maybe I have something wrong setup in the Programming Guide configuration?
(I’m running PMS 1.9.7.4460 on Ubuntu 16.04 on a NUC7i3BNH in conjunction with a an HDHomeRun Prime.)

That page kind of proves my point: once a DVR has been added, none of the THEN available settings/configurations let me re-enter my zipcode. As documented on that page, the option seems to be available ONLY upon “Create DVR”.
Yes it is only available when you create the DVR. So are you saying you already have DVR configured with your Prime. Your original post was not very clear, left the impression you were wanting to set it up with your Prime.
I tried deleting my DVR and “re-adding” it… no luck.
Built-in DVR features seem to think my channel 2.1 is KJWPTDT, even though I expressly have it set as WCBSDT.
This is clearly a bug in PMS: other stations are working in the Live/DVR features; the third-party plugin “HDGrandSlam” correctly “sees” 2.1 as WCBSDT (and lists the correct program).
I’ll open a separate thread to document this bug, since the answer to this thread is “you can’t change the zipcode of the EPG once you’ve added the DVR; you have to delete and re-add”.
