Issue with Plex Live DVR unable to add zipcode to look up channel guide, seems like an issue on plex’s end?
I say that it is in issue on plex’s end because this also doesn’t work:

Says “Could not get information at this time. Please try again later.”
Any resolution from the staff would be much appreciated.
Hmm, I know someone in Australia was having this problem, but you’re in Hawaii… it could be that their EPG provider doesn’t have a guide for your zipcode… try a nearby zip and see if it works?
Unfortunately, I’ve tried several zip codes and it still does not work. My actual location is in Kansas City, MO. If you follow the link posted above and enter any zip code it gives the following, it may or may not be related:
hey!! I am in Grandview! LOL… small world… I get an EPG just fine using 64030… Your zipcode should start with a 6 if you’re in KCMO though… so why does the screenshot show a 9?
Same issue for me.
Plex DVR stopped working. Went to setup and cannot enter a zip.
On the zip field I enter Utah zip (tried several) and I get a brief golden whirl and then nothing. Next button is not active.
