Not sure if this is the correct place to ask for DVR/Plex Pass support so feel free to redirect me if needed.
I previously had an HDHomeRun Prime tuner connected as my Plex DVR tuner and everything was working fine with Plex Pass providing guide data. Yesterday I went to add a new HDHomeRun Extend Tuner to get Over the Air channels and it didn’t work correctly the first time (could not get channels to work and guide data seemed to think it was a Cable TV tuner). I removed the Extend tuner and tried to re-add it, however I can’t get through the DVR setup process successfully. When I get to the DVR Setup screen asking for my Language and Postal Code (63109) it never finds any guide data and the “Continue” button is grayed out.
I went back and removed the other HDHomeRun Prime tuner that was working fine to completely start over on the DVR setup process, however I now have the same issue with that tuner. “Continue” button is grayed out on the DVR Setup screen asking for my Language and Postal Code (63109).
I completely uninstalled Plex Server, deleted the appdata\local\Plex Media Server folder, rebooted and reinstalled. However, still have the same problem.
Anyone have any suggestions on what is preventing DVR Setup from working?
