@sa2000 I have the same issue. Stuck on zip code entry in DVR setup. Same thing worked OK 2 days ago, but I moved the antenna and wanted to re-scan the channels, so I removed the tuner from my setup and tried to do it again and I’m stuck now. My tuner is Clearstream TV. Country US, Zip code 30082. Latest version of Plex, installed on Windows 10. I have logs.
This seems to be a recent problem. I just changed motherboards and had to resetup my DVR. It detects my Hauppauge tuner cards but will not take my zip code.
I get the error message “unable to locate guide”.
I have a similar issue when setting up TV/DVR for the first time. I enter my Zip and continue but the next loading screen (“We’re finding the best guide…should only take a few moments”) is taking ~15mins to complete and does not show any channel mappings when done. If I manually select local/OTA , I get “Error Communicating with Provider”.
When I put my zip in the DVR setup I am getting unable to fetch guide settings. I am trying to re setup my hdhomerun when I get this error.
Same issue, XML response is always empty when trying to enter a zip code. Makes it impossible to complete the DVR setup.

Seems like something is broken on plex’s side
Where can I see this XML response? I just want to confirm that it is empty for me too.
Feels like a bad design for this to be stopping the setup. I would rather be able to watch TV with just channel numbers than not watch tv at all because there is no EPG.
Having this same issue since last night. Will post log shortly. Cannot complete setup, the entire LiveTV feature is currently unusable.
Whatever it was, it is resolved for me. I was able to continue further when I tried today.

Having same issue. Trying to add new HDHomerunDuo. Shows channels found OTA. When I go to enter zip code, the “continue” just stays dim and I can’t click.
Same issue here. Adding HD HomeRun Connect Duo, get to the postal code page, and upon entering a valid postal code, the circle spins for 10-15 seconds, and comes back with an error stating “Unable to fetch Guide settings.” If I delete the postal code and try to re-enter, the spinning circle appears momentarily and then disappears, with no further response, with the continue button remaining subdued.
Really not impressed with the “premium” features after upgrading to a lifetime Plex Pass.
I think there is a systemic issue with EPG provider being down. There is a wide spread report of people cannot update their EPG. I have a feeling these two issues are related.
I just gave it another try, and it seems to be working now.
I had to manually run the Windows Setup for the HDHomeRun boxes I have to re-establish the guides for both boxes, I have a CONNECT and EXTEND, which I just updated the firmware. Now that I have, I can delete them and re-add them in the Live-DVR for PLEX. And get past the ZIP code piece, which wasn’t working until I did this.
Hope this helps any others that were having this issue. Spent all morning fighting with this.

I’m having the same problem … for a week, maybe longer. Just deleted and added HDHR, same thing - can’t “CONTINUE” after zip code prompt. Help?!
