I am unable to sync on any device. 50% waiting is all I get. I see several other recent posts saying the same thing, but can’t find an answer. I appreciate any help! The only reason to pay for the LIFETIME plex pass is this feature and I am unable to use it!

are you on wifi? There’s a setting somewhere you can specify to only sync on wifi. I have to finagle with it (android phone), but i eventually get it to 100%. this is what i do.
- connect to my wifi (i have this setting enabled)
- open plex app, connect to server (not local/phone)
- hit three dots top right corner.
- select sync status
- hit he circle button, top right corner. you should see plex thinking/working.
- if it stops without completing, hit it again.
- if it refuses after several times. close plex, remove from background running apps. and repeat steps. also disconnect/reconnect to wifi.
I agree, i paid for plex pass for this feature as well to listen to music (locally) ,and it SHOULDN’T be this buggy/difficult to get this working.
Thanks sekthree! Tried the disconnect/reconnect and it didn’t do the trick. I removed the app from my phone and ipad and reinstalled it and then it worked! Syncing has always been a pain, but I don’t think I have ever had to go to this extreme before.
