Hello, I am using Plex on my Mac, as well as on my iOS and Amazon Fire devices. One of the main reasons I purchased I lifetime membership of Plex Pass was for the ability to sync content offline to my devices. While it has been spotty in the past 4-6 months (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t), now I cannot seem to get anything to sync. I get “50% - Waiting” hangups, I get transcoder errors, and probably another error I’m forgetting. I tried to find a direct support line number on Plex’s website but cannot find one and get directed here. I’ve also searched the forums and see a ton of others have the same issue, but I have yet to find where there has been a resolution posted. Any solutions would be very much appreciated or a direct phone number to contact Plex about this issue would be useful as well. Thanks!
