Hello. I have been having an issue for the past few weeks where I have been unable to sync anything to my mobile device. In the ‘downloads & Sync’ menu, it just says “not syncing” and all items are listed as “pending”. I have updated and uninstalled and restarted the app multiple times. I have also updated the web server. I have a lifetime plex pass. Everything worked fine a few weeks ago. Any advice?
Did you try deleting all the sync jobs and recreating them again?

Yeah, the zip file is fine. I meant the link is protected. Set the option to allow anyone access with the link and just send me the link via a PM.

You are on a cellular connection. There is a setting to allow syncing on a cellular connection. You have this off.
I have tried syncing over WiFi via my local network and over my cellular network. Would you like a new log while using local network?
Yes. Not working over cellular is expected if you have that turned off.
I also see something else in your log. The app is having trouble connecting to your server using a secured connection. You can access and stream content under an insecure connection, but I’m not sure if sync will work that way. Switch to LAN and send me a new log. Could be this connection issue causing the problem.
