Video playback freezes after attempting to RW of FF in live TV in the current beta. Time shifting is was confirmed to be working in the the current public release (6.14.1.3753) by rolling back to this version.
Did rolling back fix your issue? I am having the same issue running PMS on NVIDIA Sheild version 1.12.0.4829.
Yes, rolling back works. But, it’s the video player not PMS
In 6.15.0.3994-beta, it is no longer permanently freezing playback, but still isn’t working. Skipping back freezes momentarily then returns to live. Jumping forward does nothing, even after pausing to build a cache
Did this ever get fixed? We’ve been experiencing this for a few public releases now, but I noticed that the latest release notes indicate some improvements in fast forward/rewind of Live TV. I’d be willing to jump back onto the beta if this has been addressed.
