would need logs from Plex Web and Plex Media Server and media info xml to investigate and sample (test clip from the media file to reproduce the problem).

Restart the server to get fresh logs and enable the plex web logging for the browser that is being used
Test that you can get error with the test clip
Capture screen and note down the time when the error arises
Get the Plex Web App log text (copy it to text file) - see https://support.plex.tv/articles/201611836-plex-web-app-logs/
Capture the plex media Server logs zip - see
Get the media info xml (copy it to text file) - see https://support.plex.tv/articles/201998867-investigate-media-information-and-formats/
zip and attach together with time of error and the test clip (upload to dropbox and share link please if too large)
(please try with different browsers and report on outcome - note that plex web logging is per browser and per url used to access the server)

- (Web) Updated Plex Web to 3.37.2
I’ve installed this latest PMS beta version with the updated Plex Web but still seeing shaka3015 (Media) error while trying to play “60 Minutes” show videos from the CBS plugin. I’ve tried this in Opera & Edge browsers.
Please follow the advice in the post for the other user for the logs and screenshot and time of error. Also add a zip of the plugin logs for the channel being used
