[BUG] Cloud Sync: Re-order Sync Providers

Having an issue re-ordering my Cloud Sync (not Plex Cloud!) providers. After re-ordering them, they immediately revert back to the original order. Wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue and knows how to resolve. If you have Cloud Sync, could you give this procedure a try and see what behavior you get?

  1. Navigate to the Cloud Sync page: https://plex.tv/cloudsync/providers
  2. Click and drag one provider to a new position. For example, I’m moving my Google Drive account from the top to the bottom of the list.
  3. Refresh web page. Order has reverted back to original configuration (Google Drive at the top of the list). Syncing items confirms that the order did not successfully change.

Any ideas?

Any Cloud Sync users out there? Got a few seconds to try and replicate this issue? I’d like to think I’m not the only one with this issue.

I can confirm this, at least in part right now. I re-ordered them to move ACD out of the way. I also adjusted the quotas for GDrive and Dropbox. The new quotas are correct and stick, but the order doesn’t. I’m not totally sure about the sync yet. They still showed as Waiting to Upload a minute ago.

Same behavior here. The quotas stick but order doesn’t. I’m having to artificially put a really low quota on my GDrive (listed first) to force uploads to my ACD (listed second).
Overall this looks like a bug affecting Cloud Sync users. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Thanks for the reports guys. I was able to reproduce the issue and have filed it for the devs to look at.

Now the CloudSync providers page seems to be offline entirely. I’m getting a 500 error.
Can anyone else get to https://plex.tv/cloudsync/providers ?

This issue looks to be resolved!
The page now loads for me and I’m able to re-order my providers.
