Signed up for lifetime Plex Pass and trailers stopped working...

I really like Plex. I’ve been a Plex Pass subscriber for two years and decided to sign up for a lifetime subscription. As soon as I did that two days ago, trailers stopped working (one of the main things I like about Plex Pass). When I attempt to play a trailer, I get the error, “There was a problem playing this item.” Everything else seems to work fine. Any ideas?

  1. Checked usual trailer settings in server settings - same error
  2. Restarted Plex server on Windows 7 Professional system - same error
  3. Installed and signed in on a different computer (Windows 10) - same error

The problem seems to have repaired itself… Or maybe it was after the latest Plex server update. Anyway, we’re good to go here!
