I’m using a Hauppage WinTV-Quad on Plex Docker in Australia and occasionally (usually) there are one or 2 channels not displaying in the “On Right Now” section of the Program Guide. I’ve just discovered “Watch Now” under the Discover menu, and it shows all channels, but the missing channels from the On Right Now page are shown without any Show Name, just the text “Loading…” and it’s not possible to click the item for more details (channel name, etc).
I’m assuming this is possibly a GraceNote lookup issue. Any ideas what I can do to resolve this? If it is related to GraceNote lookup, it’d be great if a bugfix could be implemented where the OTA EPG data is able to be shown in place of full GraceNote details…

Did anyone have any luck fixing this? Mine only displays 8 of the 24 channels available on my HD Homerun.
I signed up for an IceTV subscription and put it into the DVR and all the channels show up.
I don’t really want to pay an extra $4 a month for their subscription on top of plex pass.
Im in Adelaide, South Australia.

Good to know that IceTV guide data fixes the issue, but yeah, considering the GraceNote linkage was talked about, it would be nice if the quality of GraceNote data for Aus, or the association to OTA show data, was better.
found this free xml guide service which has fixed the issue and seems to be accurate so far.

I was having issues with EPG not loading on 1.12 so I went back down to 1.11.3.4803 and it’s working again

I’m in Australia and am experiencing the same issue. I tried freepg. It did not fix the issue. Also, when discovering ‘movies’ it listed lots of tv shows as movies, so clearly the guide data does not provide what plex needs to filter movies as separate from tv shows. I consider this a critical failure and so have reverted back to gracenote. Still frustrated by the ‘watch now’ loading icons, though I suspect this is a plex web bug (see https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/316800/program-guide-watch-now-problem).
