Perhaps this question has been answered before but I can’t find it so here goes. All of a sudden many of my shared users get a really low resolution stream. The width of the stream gets set to 720 pixels even though the quality of their players is set to 720p 2Mbps. I’ve tried this myself and I can see the resolution is real low. As soon as I bump it up to 3Mbps I get the correct 1280 pixels wide resolution. What’s going on here?
