I am running Plex Server on Ubuntu 16.04. I have set my internet streaming quality to 720p 2Mbs. When I connect via the internet and start to stream my player always defaults to 720p 4Mbs. I have to manual switch it to 720p 2Mbs everytime I start a new movie. I have gone in and changed the settings to something higher and it seems to play and accept those changes but anything below 720p 4Mbs it will not accept that change.
