Noticing video stuttering and pixelation recently on DVRed shows.
Equipment: HDHomeRun CONNECT Quattro / Plex on Ubuntu 16.04 (i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz, 4 cores / 8 GB RAM )
Watching on Roku, Android and Linux Desktops
Live shows do not have the stuttering and pixelation issues on Roku, Android or Chrome.
I have plexmediaserver_1.9.7.4460-a39b25852_amd64 available and will upload it to see if that corrects the issue.
UPDATE: confirmed with 1.9.7.4460 that there is no stuttering or pixelation on playback. Using “CONVERT VIDEO WHILE RECORDING” set to transcode and have comcut post processing.
