I have Plex Server installed on a QNAP TS 412A and recording live TV through a HDHR. After upgrade, some shows ARE RECORDED with pixelation and stuttering.
When playing back recordings, every 30 seconds the video pauses for a second or two, and then jumps to current. Also heavy pixelation is experienced, sometimes more than 50% of the frame.
I know this happens at record, because the pixelation and stuttering is consistently reproduced whenever is played. To make sure, I transferred the recording file to my mac and I played it through VLC with exactly the same results.
While watching same channels through Live TV or through HDHR app, there seems to be no issue.
