While not a totally necessary feature, it would be nice to have a play next episode option.
I'm thinking something like Netflix, where after a delay it automatically plays the next episode in the series.
If that's not possible maybe just a button that will play the next episode?

I like what has been done so far with Plex but I would also like to see a play next or at least some sort of easier navigation for TV shows. I noticed that there is a next episode button when browsing the show, but after watching the show you have to back out again. While this is not that difficult to do with the directory listed at the top, the ability to move about with greater ease would be nice. Possibly add a "next" and "previous" episode button the the player screen or simply have the player screen return to the episode selection screen after playback is complete.
Otherwise, great job guys and keep up the awesome work.

I often marathon-watch tv shows, and it's very convenient to just enable Autoplay and then all the episodes in the current season gets played.

Autoplay or Play next would be great !
This gets requested quite a lot at the individual client level but would much better being a PMS feature.
It would be good to have turn on/off by section eg it is great for kids cartoons and music vids but you may not want it for all sections.

This is not even close.
With the newer functionality clients are moving to an "episode details" sheet. When you're done with your episode and you want to watch the next now you have to back out of that into the season list, select the next episode and play it (or if you still haven't retrained your muscles, go into "episode details", grumble and then play).
In the Plex for Samsung app there's an "autoplay" option that will play up the next thing you have in the current "playlist":
If you're On Deck it'll play the next episode in that list.
If you're on an episode list (for a specific season) it'll autoplay the next episode in the season.
The ideal would be a middle ground: An autoplay option that plays the next episode that would be put in the On Deck section for that series.
Why? Because autoplaying a season skips the specials and autoplaying the Deck doesn't make much sense.
When you're used to watching full seasons of series, autoplay really makes it easier.

Actually you can do it in PHT. Instead of selecting the episode, press play. It will start it directly instead of taking you to the details. Just found this little trick today!
When the episode is finished, it will take you back to the screen you were on. Rinse and repeat.
This also works from a show list, season list and episode list. It will just play the next unwatched episode if you aren't on one specifically. Genius!
