That is an interesting concept. If when you create a link it would create a lightweight player that just runs does not install, sets the stream and plays the movie, then for say the next 24 hrs they could run the downloaded program and it would pick up right where they left off. I would skip all the metadata stuff. The link should go straight to a second web client that is just the player. This could use a special token that is temporary and exclusive tot his second web client and would not allow access to any other portions of PMS.

For me it would be really nice to share a movie, season or just a single episode. My friends are asking like all the time for this. Creating a link which gives access to the content I like to share for a specific amount of time would be awesome. +1
