Are you using some “privacy enhancing” software like CCleaner or did you set your web browser to forget all cookies and erase caches when you close it?
If so, make it so that cookies and ‘local storage’ data for the domains
- plex.tv
- plex.info
- 127.0.0.1 (when on the same computer as the server)
- local (private) IP of your plex server
is retained.
