I have big problem with my server ,cant play files to my LG smart tv 43

Could you be more descriptive with your issue and also provide server logs? To grab the logs go to the web interface -> Settings -> Server -> Troubleshooting -> Download Logs.
the big problem is that i have ds218j.My tv is smart tv LG 43
When try to play something in my tv error message that have low engine in my server i think.but when i want to play the same video in laptop with app.plex.tv play perfect.my question is what must to do to see me movies in my tv.i must encoding and then upload to server?and what encoder must do ?i upload some logs now check it please.really i have problem and yesterday i buy this synology 200euro +150 2hdd…Plex Media Server Logs_2018-11-26_18-44-29.zip (5.7 MB)

I think your Synology box is on the low end of their product line. The LG TV might require the Plex server to transcode the video and the Synology just can’t keep up.
The reason the video probably plays back fine on your laptop is the laptop is direct playing it from the Synology, thus no transcoding needed.
In short, get a more expensive Synology that can handle transcoding or do what lots of us do… build a powerful media server for the same, or less, price of a Synology box.
Problem is that there is absoutely nothing for version 5470 in the release notes you linked. It just says, that it was relesed. I too am wondering what is new/fixed in this version. Bye
