Can no longer play locally on TVs (but works on PC and mobile)

About two weeks ago I have no longer been able to watch anything on my TVs.
(1 Firestick, 1 Cube and 1 android TV). The error message is usually, “The server is not powerful enough to convert video”
I have uninstalled the player on the TVs, same result.
I can stream remotely from other plex servers on the TVs without a problem.
I can stream locally while on my phone or a PC.
I can stream locally to the TVs if Im using another service, like DS video.
I have tried changing transcoding, regardless of the setting its always the same result

Thank you for your reply. While troubleshooting I did try a few songs which I noticed were not permissioned properly as you stated. The movies should have always had the proper permissions.

I just upgraded the server version and everything appears to be working properly, Thank you for your help.
