Synology server not playing 4k on LG smart tv

Player Version#: latest
synology version ds220+ 6gb ram
plex lifetime pass

Hi,

can anyone let me know if I can do anything about this issue?
Can’t play 4k movies on my smart tv with plex but I can play them with the tv’s own player or laptops, ipads, smartphones (tested many different ones, no problem).

Is there anything I could do about this?

  1. Make certain the server debug logging is enabled.
  2. Attempt to play
  3. After it stops. download the server logs ZIP file
  4. Attach it here.
