Stop Plex,
Make a tar.gz or ZIP of the Logs directory (under Plex Media Server) and attach it here. Let’s see if it’s got a problem or just disassociated (fell out) of your account.
Chuck, I was able to successfully find 1.19.1.2701 and was able to downgrade to that. Once I did, my plex server started to respond. Would the logs be any good now?
When plex server installed 1.19.2.2737 on Ubuntu, I could see the services running and after multiple reboots and multiple service restarts, could not get it to show on my account. What’s weird is that I could go to <local_ip>:32400 and login but it would say that the server was offline.
If you have PMS running with 1.19.1, there is no reason 1.19.2 shouldn’t run either.
The program files and your data are maintained in separate locations.
Whatever you can show me (DEBUG logs - not VERBOSE logs) would be helpful – if the change is caught quickly enough. the logs have a fixed amount of storage allocated (50 MB).
PS: I’d still like to see those logs.
Logs.zip (917.9 KB)
Please see attached.
You turned DEBUG logging OFF.
There is no gain by turning it off.
DEBUG logging is ON by default, VERBOSE logging is off. (how we want it)
I cannot use these logs.
Sorry.

What little I can see looks like a host LAN network issue
I will try and update to latest again tonight and see if the problem returns. I have also turned on debug.
