Plex is a mess following Version 1.19.3.2793 update

Server Version#: Version 1.19.3.2793
Player Version#:

After installing Version 1.19.3.2793, I could not “Open Plex”. I would log in, would be told that I had successfully logged in, then I was told that there was an error logging in with no other information. Help just told me that I needed to be logged in - thanks. So, I uninstalled PMS and tried to just reinstall. All went well until I set up the library. Though I can log in both to PMS and to my online account, I get a message that my server is unavailable for my movies, TV. But, for some reason, it can see my music. Plex has always been easy - now, using Kodi is beginning to sound appealing. Does anyone know how to easily fix this mess or is Plex going the way of so many before where it’s grown too complicated and will no longer be friendly?

UPDATE: I solved the problem by first uninstalling Plex Server 1.19.3.2793 then downloading and installing an older version of Plex Server Version 1.19.3.2764. I then went to my Users and threw away every entry of my Server. Then restarted and logged in and it worked. Why? … I don’t know. Why I had the issue to start with? I don’t know. Interestingly, when I check for updates, the newer version (2793) doesn’t indicate that it needs to be installed. So, now that I’ve cleaned up the mess that I had, I’ll try to reinstall the latest. If I don’t post again, it means that I didn’t have problems.

Thanks for the input. This wasn’t a solution and I had already tried it. I did solve the problem though I have no idea why I had the problem in the first place.
