Am I missing something? 
It used to auto update, but my Plex server is still showing Version 1.4.2.3400 and when it checks for updates, it sees nothing past that version?
In fact, it never saw Plex Media Server 1.4.3 released on March 2nd either?

Do you have the Update Channel set to PlexPass and Automatically Check for Updates enabled?
Settings -> Server -> General and Show Advanced

Of course always have… never had a problem until I noticed yesterday’s update…
BTW, my local MacBook Pro picked up the update and installed it just fine…

That’s not going to screw up my 1600+ database is it?

Had this in the past. Looks like especially on Linux Plex doesn’t roll out some linux distros at the same time.
I’m using a networked LAN based Mac-Mini version (Plex Pass Level) …
So, again for anyone on Plex Saff providing support for Lifetime Plex Pass members …
Should I just do a manual download of my Plex Pass version from the download area, then do a complete “click the Mac pkg” install over what I currently have? That’s not going to screw up my 1600+ database is it?

the auto update mechanism in 1.4.2 was broken on macOS . It was fixed in 1.4.3 as mentioned in the release notes for 1.4.3 https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/comment/1385362/#Comment_1385362
you can download it manually and replace the one in your applications folder from the downloads page at https://www.plex.tv/downloads
Thank you… I was just worried about running the setup from the downloaded MAC pkg and screwing up my existing install…

EDIT: replaced current Plex Version 1.4.2.3400 with manually download Version 1.4.4 and restarted the server … had a heart attack for a moment when it couldn’t find the dashboard or any of my content… :* … then I re-started client on my end and everything came back normally… whew … Thanks BigWheel … :#
