1080p movies stuttering

I have a wierd problem with my PlexConnect @ ATV3.

After about 1h 40m my 1080p movie begins to stutter. This happens to every 1080p movie I watch. Most of my movies are 720p and there is no problem with these.

My specs are:

* ATV 3 running 6.1.1 (had trouble with previous versions also)

* DNS - 10.0.0.254 (TomatoUSB with trials.apple.com routing) and 10.0.0.250 (My server)

* Plex server - 10.0.0.250

* Plex Media Server: Fujitsu server running Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter

* PlexConnect - Fujitsu server running Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter

* Plex Media Server - 10.0.0.250

* PlexConnect version - Creation date: 4/13/2014 6.35PM (had trouble with previous versions also)

Try setting transcoder to transcode! I had the same issue long time ago
