I have FreeNAS 11.1, which just added RancherOS. I have been running Plex (pass) using a FreeNAS jail, but I want to switch to docker.
Using Portainer, I installed the Plexinc docker container. During first time setup, it seems to ignore that I have a new server. When I navigate to ipaddress:3400/web, it takes me to the standard plex page, showing me my Jail server. I don’t want to delete my jail until I have the docker running well.
…it takes me to the standard plex page, showing me my Jail server…
This page will show all your servers starting with the last one you viewed. So if your jailed server is still running, it’ll show that server first.
Did you use the claim token to login your server in the docker setup? If so, it should show up in the sever list and allow you to change to it.
Update:
Sorry guys, I gave up on Docker. I went the nuclear route. I now run esxi, with freeNAS in a vm and plex in an ubuntu vm.
