Out of nowhere, two movies have been stuck in the recently added section, in the first and second position, anything actually new comes after those, I’ve tried adding a new library even and that doesn’t fix it, the same issue remains and these can be seen on any player version (LG TV, Android, Plex Web)
Go to the library those movies are in and sort by added date. This should show what date was used. If these are in the future then this is what happens since those future dates will always be the highest. Plex dance the files to fix the issue.
I just checked it and it says “a few seconds ago”. I’m guessing it’s just thinking it’s been added every single second or something? What could cause that? I’ll perform a “plex dance” on these two.
Decided to just perform a Plex Dance and create a full new library. These 2 specific movies are still exhibiting the same behavior. Any idea what’s going on? lool
If you create a new library, PMS will use the filedate for the added at date on the very first scan. Future scans use the current date. Do those movies have a wrong date on the files themselves. Doing a Plex Dance just on those 2 files should fix the issue.
