Question, I have 2 plex servers at the moment, one in country 1, the other in country 2. (so literally physically in different countries)
Though I want the content of both these servers to be shown in 1 library.
is this possible in any way?
(I want to get rid of having to switch between servers for the different content, and want everything to be available from just 1 library/overview).
Nope. Libraries from different servers cannot be merged.
The only thing I can think of would be to setup some process of moving the files from server 2 to server 1 and placing them in a location that the library from server 1 is configured to use.
I wanted to avoid using a VPN or something of the sort if it was possible to just do it from within plex.
There’s a reason I use 2 different servers and locations, so moving all the files to 1 machines is not an option
