I have an synology server with plex premium, and a little windows computer with flex server. I would like to have the computer to transcode/conversion the media on the synology server. Is that possible?
As it currently stands, you are unable to loadshare between two Plex devices.

That’s a pity. It would be very cool, being able to make a very powerful server out of multiple devices.
I do not at all disagree. 
You could have another computer do some conversions, say with Handbrake or something, then copy the files back to your NAS and then your next library scan would find the new copies. Not exactly what you are looking for, but close.
A request for the same feature exists already, and it has more votes.
