I have Plex server running on a QNAP in my primary residence. Plex works great on the TVs there (GoogleTV dongle) as well as on my phone / computer (wherever). At my cottage I have three TVs: the two with GoogleTV dongles work great, but the 2019 Samsung TV using the ‘Plex for Samsung’ app does not play content (“Playback Error: Multimedia file format not supported”). That Samsung will start Plex … allow me to view / search my library … but nothing plays. I read that I needed to set the two ‘insecure connections’ settings in the Samsung Plex app to ‘always’, which I did (attached). Same playback error. I’d appreciate help with this. Thanks
