I’m running the current Plex server (on Windows 7) and have the Plex app installed on a Roku 3, a Roku 2 and a TCL 2018 Roku UHD 4k TV (5 series).
On the Rokus I see 65 movies in my library. On the web app I see 215.
Do you display the library using the same options?
If you have the movies in your web app e.g. sorted by anything but title and you have tons of collections, the 215 could be the actual number of movies while the 65 could be the number of collections + the number of movies which are not part of a collection (just to give one possible explanation).
