Please add the possibility to start the Plex app in “normal” window mode - and not in fullscreen. Except the Windows 10 tabet mode is active - then it would be very useful to start in fullscreen mode.
From my experience it does launch in windowed mode. It may be that it launches in whichever state is was previously closed in? The way Windows 10 works with Windows Store Apps is that in tablet mode is that they will be forced to run full-screen.
No, the app launches in fullsceen, even if I closed it in windowed mode.
I have this problem at the first start of the app after Windows start/restart.

Is this with 3.0.15? I don’t see that version on the Windows Store yet.
It seems that if the app’s window was as wide as the screen on exit that it will restart in full-screen (non-windowed) mode. To get it to stop I had to hit the dual-arrowed icon and resize the window to be just a bit narrower than my screen width.
